Stayed Aug 16, 2025Very large livingroom, comfortable couches. Didn’t love the noise from the air conditioners but at least it kept the house cool. And weather was cool enough could turn them off occasionally. Didn’t have to drive far for restaurants, ice cream or Cuffys.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025For the 3rd year in a row in this house, we could not have been happier. The property is as it was the first time we stayed here 3 years ago. The house was ready on time, clean and welcoming. Our family has been coming to the cape for over 30 years, and this is by far the best place we've stated. This year was very special because my daughter got engaged on West Dennis Beach. It could not have been a better week!! See you next year!! Thanks!!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025House set up and location is great. Communization with host was easy, My only issue was that I didn’t feel it was super clean. I washed all bed blankets and dishes before use. This was my second time to the house. First visit was in 2022. I would stay again.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024House is in located in a wonderful spot. Easy to walk to the beach and several eating establishments. We had a couple of issues in the beginning of our stay but Margaret was great and everything was taken care of quickly. Would stay here again!
