Beautiful house with the bay and ocean beaches just a few minute walk away. The house was spotless. Had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable. Mary was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Check in and out was a breeze. I recommend this house for anyone that would like a family vacation on LBI. We were so happy with this house, Mary the hostess, and the location. We had a wonderful time and the set up is just perfect for a family gathering. The few questions we had were immediately answered by Mary, who could not have been any nicer. We would recomend highly to anyone, and would love to go back ourselves next summer.

My family stayed at this property for a family reunion. We have a large group with small children, teens, and adults. The property worked very well for all of us and was fabulously located, within very easy walking distance to the beach, the bay, shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive, answering questions before and during our stay. We had a great time and highly recommend this property for large families going to LBI!

This is an exceptional house for large groups/entertaining. I booked this house for my best friend’s bachelorette (17 people) and we fit very comfortably. It has many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and two outdoor showers. The kitchen/common space is large and open and seats 18 comfortably. The outside can seat the same. The umbrella outside provides lovely shade cover and the grill/furniture are nice and new. The place was spotless and stocked with everything our group needed, save for sheets. Having two refrigerators was also lifesaver. There’s a lot of driveway space - we comfortably fit 5 cars. Could not recommend this place enough. Thanks, Mary!

The house was even more spacious and clean than the pictures let on. We had an absolutely incredible time and were blessed with gorgeous weather. I could not recommend this home enough!

Spacious, clean and everything that we needed was at the house. Plenty of parking for the whole family. Close to everything! Perfect weather to enjoy the backyard, the bikes and the beach. Mary was available with quick responses whenever we had a question. Perfect wedding weekend and comfortable stay for the varying ages in our family. If I ever come back to LBI, I will definitely stay at Mary's house. Thank you Mary :-)
