Stayed Aug 13, 2025We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for a small cottage, the AC worked well, and the extra room was nice for my 2 kids. We also liked the outdoor shower.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025We enjoyed our stay at Uncle Rolf's in Dennisport. The home was quiet and quaint and close enough to walk to the beach. The management company, Vacasa, did a great job preparing the home for us. We'll be back next year!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The house rental was generally fine, but there are a few things that could use improvement: The screen on the side door needs repair—the tears are large enough that we couldn’t leave the door open without letting bugs in. The lampshade in the twin bedroom is in poor condition and really should be replaced. The kitchen floor was quite dirty. When we arrived, some water spilled, and when I wiped it up, the paper towel turned black, which was concerning. Just wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the experience for future guests.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024This cottage proved a good central location for exploring Cape Cod. It was clean and seemed well cared for. We stayed in September and it was very quiet the whole time. Beach is walking distance which is convenient.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024This is a beautiful cozy cottage, perfect for a small family. Centrally located on the Cape close to a lot of sights and attractions. There is a beach and restaurant within walking distance. My granddaughters and I had a great stay this summer.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Super cute and very clean! This cottage is cozy and comfortable for a family with 2 young kids... basic items for a comfortable beach day - including toys - and a short walk to a small private beach make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the cape.
