Stayed Jun 30, 2025The East Ashley home was ideally located right across the street from the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and clean. The home was as advertised and had plenty of space for all six of us. (You cold easily fit another 4 if you needed to.). The bathrooms were cleaned and well stocked. Best Rentals left us some essentials that were perfect to feel right at home and well prepared for our travel. Each bed was comfortable and the ac, tv, fridge, sink, grill, and dishwasher all worked great. Zero complaints. We highly recommend this rental.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024We had 10 people (2 kids and 8 adults) staying at this property and we had a wonderful time. We were directly across the street from the beach and under 2 miles from town. The street was pretty quiet. The house was very well maintained and the manager was very responsive to our one call.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The house was fantastic for what we needed. We had one dog and she was able to run around out back when needed in the great fenced in yard. Only down side was the bugs around the house, since a few of us are very sensitive to mosquitos, but that did not stop us from having a great time. The walk to the beach was great and not bad at all.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Cleanliness A+ and decor just added to it's beauty. Would highly recommend this property. Questions prior to visit answered quickly. Our trip was mainly visiting Charleston, but mornings and evenings here were relaxing and fun!

Stayed Sep 7, 2023Great location, nicely decorated, perfect space for our family trip. Suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms upstairs to facilitate getting ready faster with only 1 bathroom upstairs.

Stayed Jun 7, 2023This is a wonderful beach house. The house is just across the street from the beach. A very quick and easy walk. Everything was very clean. The home is managed by a rental company and any communication I had was through that company. They do not allow early check in without a $100 fee (even if you just want to check in an hour early). They then ask you to notify them of an early check out to help them out. I have used beach rental companies before and they will notify you as soon as the house is ready. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I would recommend this house. The rental company trying to make more money was very disappointing.
