Stayed Jan 12, 2024This house was perfect to stay in with a couple of friends. It has a cute little backyard and great main living space to cook, eat and enjoy time together. It’s super clean and well appointed. Would recommend to anyone and definitely will stay again when the time comes.

Stayed Nov 6, 2023Sepi was an outstanding host - extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. The house is quite comfortable and the kitchen amenities were very impressive. Only callout is that two of the bedrooms are in the main house and the third is separate (in a converted garage that's within the backyard which is secured by a locked gate so feels close to the main house and very safe and private) and doesn't have a bathroom. Stayed Oct 18, 2023We were so pleased with check in communication prompt and just everything! The home Sepi designed is beautiful, tons of wood, warm and classy charming. Oh so comfy we hated to leave! A master chef unique huge kitchen was amazing! Outdoor garden with many seating areas for quality time. Linen on the beds was so comfortable. Everything was just fabulous. We will be back anytime we are in Venice!! Thank you for sharing your masterpiece with me and my daughter!
