Appreciated the large flat screen TVs in every bedroom plus living room. Nice outdoor back deck w/table and 6 chairs w/a nice gas grill. A few suggestions- need a coffee pot bigger than a hotel room sized pot plus hooks in the bathrooms and outdoor shower for towels. Could use a 2nd trash barrel - having just one that can only hold 3 trash bags could be tough if you had a family staying in the house for a week. Both bathrooms had in ceiling fans that ran 24 hrs a day, couldn’t be shut off, noisy(esp at night while trying to sleep) and annoying. Driveway was tough to get out of due to configuration of cul de saac, had to back up into neighbors driveway to exit. Garage wasn’t usable for parking due to lots of owners property left inside both sides of garage.

The house is a new build, one of 4 houses set in a circle off Center Street. It is quite close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, but requires crossing a busy street with no shoulder. As it is a new house, it was clean and well appointed with modern bathrooms and kitchen, nice appliances (loved the washer and dryer), and 2-zone a/c. It also had three large flat-screen televisions and a nice deck. Like many tech workers, my son spent his days working and the large upstairs bedroom offered a small desk and chair where he could set up a work space and close the door for privacy. (I'm surprised more vacation rentals don't offer a similar work space.) Unexpected bonuses were an electric tea kettle, pretty fleur-de-lis floor tile in the upstairs bathroom, and two light-up walk-in closets (a great place for children to play, I imagine). The only negatives were limited parking (and no street parking), close proximity to the neighbors, no instructions provided for operating the tv's and grill, and a surprisingly small coffee maker! Overall, we had a very pleasant time and enjoyed our stay at this property.

Reviewer Comments: The stay was perfect, i have three young children and it was close to local stores and west dennis beach. the property was clean- there were a few random things (socks in the drawer, clothes in the closet) that i hadn't dealt with in other rentals but didn't deter our experience. we also knew we were going out one of the nights and left the outside lights on until we got home and one of the neighbors did make a comment about that which was also unexpected but. overall a really good stay. i'd recommend. (i would recommend to the rental owners a dust pan- i did try to clean up with the broom before we left and couldn't find a pan and the vacuum suction wasn't the best.)

Beautiful home! It appears to be brand new. Every room was immaculate, bright and airy. The kitchen was well stocked. My husband and I travelled to the northern Dennis beaches, so I can't speak to the proximity to southern Dennis beaches. We would definitely stay here again!
