This was our 3rd year at 4 Bain, the house is beautiful and modern. Location is very central and we are already looking forward to next year. Martha Murray does a fantastic job with communication, as usual the experience was easy and Martha Murray is always willing to help.

The furniture is comfortable and it is simply decorated with perfect storage for clothes and groceries. We love having coffee out front and an afternoon toddy. Thanks again for a great week.

It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Old Wharf Road (the beach road), where you cross in the crosswalk, and then turn right or left to reach a local beach. Each morning, I saw many people walking, jogging, or biking on Old Wharf Road. The home's updated interior is very clean and offers modern amenities including split a/c units operated by remote controls. My husband's favorite features were the two outdoor seating areas (two Adirondack chairs on the front patio and a table with six chairs on the back patio) and the spice rack offered in the kitchen! Our only negative was the weak Wi-Fi signal which didn't extend to the primary bedroom. If we could suggest a wish list of items to add, it would include a full-length mirror, an electric tea kettle, and a console table or desk to provide a workspace for our laptops.
