Stayed Aug 24, 2025This house is well located and nicely decorated. You can tell someone put a lot of thought into putting It together. And if we only had to look at it, it would have been great. Unfortunately, many things about the house were impractical and there were a lot of issues.As mentioned the stairs are very steep. Our own house is old and has steep stairs so I thought I knew what we were getting into but these were so vertical they’re more like a ladder and very treacherous. I’m confused about the other reviews that said they stayed here with multiple generations because it’s definitely not conducive to children or anyone over the age of 50. All three main bedrooms are upstairs and they’re all interconnected which is a bit awkward, especially because the bathrooms are downstairs.There was a patch of tile missing in one bathroom with the pieces piled up. Someone cut their foot on one of the fragments. The shower in that bathroom also didn’t work so we had to use the outdoor showers and the guest house shower the whole time. Both refrigerators were leaking on and off. The listing clearly says there is a dishwasher but there isn’t one in either house which is really a pain with a bigger group of people. We could only get one local news channel to work on the TV. We raised some of these issues with the management company while we were there and to their credit they responded quickly. But it was not the overall experience we thought we were getting at this price.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024The houses were beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting in the porch every evening to relax and unwind. I already made the suggestion to clarify the listing to state 1 bedroom in the guest house and that all bathrooms are located on the first floor.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024We had a great stay. It was nice to have 2 houses on the property, as we were traveling with our adult children. Dennis Port tends to have a lot of small cottages, so it was great to find a big place with a lot of bedrooms. The home is nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchens are stocked well. As others have mentioned the stairs are very steep, so would not be easy for elderly folks to get upstairs. Great stay.

Stayed Jun 4, 2023We had a lovely stay in this house. It definitely has character from its layout to the furnishings. Everything provided helped us make our stay pleasurable. The little apartment on the side was a nice touch and offered us variety. We were close by to a lot of things so not having to travel much once we settled in. This house is on my friends and I's list of repeat houses for the future.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had a great time. The house was clean and accommodating. The decor had a quaint Cape feel. The stairs were a little struggle, and the main bathroom could use an update, but otherwise we have no complaints.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023This place was just what we needed for 10 adults, 2 infants and one dog. Yard was plenty big to play corn hole, bocci, fire pit to have s'mores and plenty of room for the dog to run. Plenty of beach chairs available for the beach. The two outdoor showers were a hit! As well as having two kitchens. This was the first of a 3-generations gathering and would definitely stay here again.
