Stayed Jun 26, 2024We wanted a large house with good a/c that was close to the beach and that would offer the adults in the house some space away from the teenagers and their friends, and we found it. This house worked really well for this kind of trip because the adults had nice space on the 3rd floor (with our own full bathroom and kitchenette, plus a pull-out sofa) and the teenagers basically took over the second floor (3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, 2 full bathrooms, and adjacent deck plus a big kitchen). We couldn't even hear the kids at night (and teens stay up way later than their parents) - so the configuration helped us to get a real vacation even when we were outnumbered. The owner is really responsive and great to deal with all around, which we appreciated a lot. Would recommend a few small improvements - beds and bedspreads could be nicer, kitchen could have more gear, a/c on the 3rd floor is very loud - but we'd certainly stay there again because of the advantages described above.
