Our 4 single rooms all have a comfortable beds with duck and down feather duvets and pillows. use of new bathrooms containing a shower, hand basin and toilet. Within the room is a vanity unit/sink. Each room has a flat screen TV, DAB radio, hair dryer and free Wi-Fi access and tea and coffee making facilities. An iron is available to use in our breakfast room. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good quality, contemporary style small room in victorian building with retained features; with all necessary for a short stay. Needed simple help to make the shower go - glad it was breakfast time ..someone available to ask. Breakfast was lovely - wide selection, fresh, help yourself, cheerful + helpful staff preparing and clearing.No fresh air in bedroom (wanted) but view across a large green was good. good location but was about 15 mins walk from station,5-10 to city centre. Slept well.Clean.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I was pleasantly surprised by the decor of the room and the cleanliness of the shared bathroom. But when I was trying to get an early nights sleep, I was unable to as I could keep hearing other people's music with the radio on.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I felt quite at home at Regency guest house having stayed before. It was very comfortable and has a nice character and feel. I enjoyed the breakfast and the relaxed friendly atmosphere. The bed was comfortable with a very thoughtful bedside lamp! Great location to walk to Cambridge centre etc.
