Stayed Nov 9, 2025Beautiful accommodations with the most tremendous views. It’s just a short drive to all the beaches. The host is super warm and friendly!! There was even milk, lots of cooking spices, and extra bathroom items ! Hope to return one day!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025A spectacular place. Walking in it was “Wow, just wow “. The views to Matapouri Bay and Poor Knights were mesmerizing, the bird life (think intoxicated Kereru) entertaining and the accomodations 5 star hotel level. The Aroha suite was huge and had floor to ceiling glass doors that opened to the amazing outdoors. Julianne was a delightful and gracious host. We could not have asked for a better stay and wished we could have atayed longer

Stayed Jan 5, 2024We enjoyed our stay immensely. The views are unbeatable, the property is quiet, peaceful and beautfully appointed. The small township of Tutukaka is minutes down the hill with some great restaurants, though dinner at home on top of the hill was wonderful also. Julianne and Richard are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend.
