Chases Ocean Grove is a historically unique and quiet family tiny cottage community. While we fell in love with the location only a few years ago, some of the Grove families have been here for decades! We love the close-knit feel, the convenience of having restaurants and amenities close by, and most of all unique cottage living. We hope you love it, too!

Located in the beachfront community of Chase's Ocean Grove, the interior of this home is designed to capture the best of beach living. Open and bright spaces create an inviting atmosphere throughout. Entering this cottage directly into the living area, that is well appointed and comfortable. Featuring two small but comfortable bedrooms that provide a restful night's sleep. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a twin over double bunk bed. The small but efficient full bathroom has everything you will need for your stay. The cottage also includes an outdoor shower, where after a day at the beach, you can rinse off the sand and saltwater—a true coastal indulgence.
Enjoy the best of both worlds with a indoor living space that effortlessly transitions to the outdoor living area. The kitchen is centered between the open kitchen bar and the outdoor living space- great to keep an eye on everything. The outdoor living area has a large outdoor seating area with shade at a moments notice, outdoor shower, access to beach supplies and a short walk to the shoreline.

Whether you're relaxing indoors or savoring the sea breeze outside, this home lets you soak up your Cape Cod stay.

Please note: This home does not offer a dishwasher, offers one A/C unit in the living area only. This home also does not have doors on the bedrooms but heavy curtains.

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience with a 4 pm Check-In/10 am Check-Out.
NO SMOKING Allowed of anything (containing tobacco, any other substance) or e-cigarettes, inside or outside the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 2. No parking on lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
