Stayed Dec 31, 1969Awesome find, excellent location, parking for 2/3 cars, everything you need within the property, very comfortable. Downstairs toilet which was great, saves running up and down stairs. Plenty of room for guests, there was only two of us, but would easily accommodate 4/5 people. On arrival there was an information folder with everything you needed to know, easy to navigate. Yapton is a good location, easy reach to Barnham where you have local shops and take aways, Chichester & Worthing within easy reach. Henry Adams were helpful and professional and assisted with our requirements, they also were on hand if needed and if any issues, I would have no hesitation in recommending the property, host and agents.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay in Yapton visitng family over Christmas. The house was really well-equipped and in an ideal location for us. It was quiet and spacious. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice place, comfortable and well equipped. Good location with Yapton having food local services. Can recommend the Chippy. Good for touring the south coast and surrounding area.
