Williamsburg 3 BD Deluxe condo - near Colonial Williamsburg

Checkin was good. There were a few things. 1. There lots of Nats - not sure where they came from but they were a lot. We got some dray ourselves.2. The bathroom shower - close to the 2 bedrooms- had the faucet on backwards. When taking a shower could not get hot water. Normally you turn all the way to the left but this one was as soon as you turn it on- So weird! Call maintenance and it was prompt so thank you for that. Then he explained why the water was super cold! lolBut all in all it was a nice place. We will be back!!!

Great location, awesome amenities

The place is in a great location with fun amenities and good room sizes. It’s nice to go somewhere and not need to worry about supplies. Communication was great all around.

Great location for graduation weekend

Everything was as advertised and staff was very friendly.

Property was immaculate. Pools, playground, mini golf, even a complimentary Valentine’s Day happy hour wine and cheese party! The room was spacious and was fully stocked. Very clean which is important to me. Layout was perfect. Beautiful resort and the staff was very attentive. Will return!

The location worked perfect with our plans

Lovely stay in a large and spacious spot in Williamsburg. Good location to all the attractions and a tremendous property with excellent amenities. Highly recommended.

The pictures don’t do the resort and room justice. There were so many wonderful amenities and the suite was very spacious. You can tell the resort takes great pride in accommodating all guests. Highly recommend staying on the property and will do so again on our next visit.

Governor’s Green is an attractive property with some nice amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful. This unit was comfortable and spacious, and fairly well-equipped. I have stayed in VRBOs that did have better-equipped kitchens, which we appreciate because we cook breakfasts and occasional dinners. The units are timeshares but there was little pressure to attend presentations. Plenty of linens were provided and beds were very comfortable. Good proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country, Jamestown and Yorktown. Many nearby restaurants. I would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful grounds. Unfortunately, unit was not clean, and was pretty run down. A lot of mold in the bathrooms. Carpet and floors were very dirty. Couldn't walk barefoot. Hard sell at check in. socks socks o

Host was great to help us navigate the check-in process. Property worked out well being able to switch rooms when there was a problem with the bathtub not working well for the kids.

The apartment was fine. Tha maintenance of the property is not the best. The entrance to the apartment was very dirty with lots of dead bugs. The inside had lots of pincher bugs. Some in the beds. Trash was left out in apartment next to us for two days

The resort was nice. The grandsons enjoyed the pools & the miniature golf.

Was a wonderful place for the family close to Busch Gardens and historic Williamsburg. The pool was a fantastic plus and the condo was roomy and well stocked with everything you need.
