Quaint condo near private beach access with fireplace - close to dining

Nice stay but there was poor communication about the unit number and access code. Be sure to get exact address and unit number before arriving.

quiet end clean unit. Property was neglected, broken beach furniture, spa and pool closed.

Beach view from condo was obstructed by other properties

My partner and I really enjoyed this property. Out host was very attentive with information and checking in with us. The property was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment was right next to the private beach as advertised. There was adequate parking. The bed was comfortable. WiFi had a strong signal. The washer and dryer worked very nicely.

The condo was lovely. Super clean. The beach was small and Shelly/rocky but that’s okay. Bathrooms/showers were great! Bed was good. Couch bed was awful unfortunately but I know that’s how to have a good mattress on. We would stay again!!

Our stay was good it was in the perfect area everything was close by. The condo was very clean and roomy. The heat was tricky in the beginning but overall great weekend away

Great location

Great place to stay. Location and overall property was wonderful. There were a few maintenance issues, but they didn't subtract from the overall experence.

Loved the location with the private beach and close to all.

The condo location was great in a quiet area with private beach. However, the condo itself was not very clean. The carpet in the main living area was stained and had something brown ground into it. The side table had grit on it. We had to search for sheets and blankets for the pull out. The quilted “white” blanket was yellowed and had multiple stains on it. The mattress was awful, and you could feel every coil in it. The quilt on the bedspread in the bedroom also had stains. I would

The property is well maintained and easy in and out. Close to everything you need. Private beach was perfect. Parking gets full! Two different times after returning to the property I had to make a spot almost in the street. One time overnight hoping I wasn’t towed. Having a designated parking spot would have been helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable but the bedding was terrible. Sheets felt like sand paper and cheap. Overall good and better space than expected.

Very nice condo. Clean and well stocked. Just the right size for a couple. Only a few steps from the beach, which is private. Great Cape Cod location mid way down the cape. Only 20 minutes from shopping and the fish pier in Chatham and an hour from Provincetown. We would definitely stay again. The only reason it’s a 4 star and not 5 are some minor issues that are easily addressed: Needs a new mattress on the bed. Way too soft Drain in the master bath slow Most important: The door keypad is awful. Needs a 9 digit code which doesn’t work even when entered correctly. Took multiple attempts to get in every time we used it. There must be an easier type of keypad lock. Other than these small issues I would recommend and we would rent again.

Enjoyed our stay in Dennis Port. Vacasa was very good about communication before, during, and after our stay.
