Stayed Jun 8, 2025I loved how clean and nicely organized the condo was. I loved that there was a noise ordnance for 10pm. I could not really hear any other people outside of the condo. Which was great for us to take afternoon naps. It was a great trip the condo was amazing.

Stayed May 5, 2024We have been to Orange Beach several times and stayed at Phoenix VI and so we decided to look around on VRBO for different options since our usual unit was booked. We came upon this location, and it worked well for us. The communication with Prickett Properties was excellent! Nikki was so kind and understanding and quick to reply (on a Sunday) to my question. The condo is a little dated in the bathrooms but overall, the place was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are big, and the beds were comfortable for all 4 adults. There are so many good restaurants in the area. My personal favorite is LuLu's in Gulf Shores live music and great vibe. Never disappoints. This unit was quite a bit cheaper than the unit we usually stay at so that was an added bonus. It really is a hidden gem because the price was reasonable, and the Condo unit and complex are clean and well equipped for a week-long stay! Thanks Nikki we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!
