Dreamy ocean-view perch with furnished balcony & beach access - dog-friendly

The property was just perfect! It was a girls' trip for 2 of us. The condo was set up perfectly so we each had our own space. We picked up groceries and had mimosas and bagels on the balcony over looking the ocean every morning. We went out exploring during the day and ate charcuterie and wine on the balcony every night. We were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th of July. We also watched movies when we got home in the evening and it was great that we could access Netflix and Amazon.

This property is centrally located on the Cape. It made it so easy for us to explore. We went to Provincetown, Chatham (twice), Harwich, Barnstable, Hyannis and Martha's Vineyard. The week of the 4th of July and we never had any issues with traffic! The condo is beautiful with a little private beach and you can walk to the Ocean House for cocktails and appetizers at their outdoor bar/patio. It's a little pricey so check the menu in the condo before you go. We picked up light groceries and had continental breakfast, coffee and mimosas on the balcony every morning. We explored during the day and came back in the evenings to have chartuterie and wine on the balcony. We ate our lunches at restaurants around the Cape.

The condo was just perfect. Check-in very easy as we arrived late. Condo was clean with all the kitchen things we needed. We ate breakfast every morning before we left for our day. Beach front a few yards from back door which is just what we wanted. You can even hear the waves from living room and bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was simply delightful!! Well-appointed. Bright. Friendly. Comfortable. Dog friendly!! I didn’t wanted to leave. The setting is right on the beach with a lovely balcony to catch sun rises. The rest of the world truly melted away when we were here. I hope to return.

Condo, view from the balcony, and private beach were wonderful. Location was perfect for getting to everything we wanted to do on Cape Cod.

Gorgeous property. Well maintained with great amenities. WiFi was a bit spotty but overall a beautiful property would definitely stay again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, they spared no expense in fixtures, appliances and decor. Very cheerful and comfortable furniture throughout. Just steps from a beautiful and clean private beach. Overall, the entire property and our experience was fantastic! We will return!

Perfect getaway for our family of 3 and our dog. There was enough room for 6 with the pullout couch. Great location and amazing view of the ocean with private beach. Walkable to the Ocean House, Wee Packet and other restaurants, and 5 minute drive to even more. Very new building and the unit is very updated. Only complaint is that the sprinklers go on very early - 9pm, so we weren’t able to use the deck at night due to the mist.

I have rented in Cape Code for over 15 years during the Summer and found Villa Balena to be thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend renting here. It has a great location (next to the beach), natural light and is modern. The furnishings and dishes are many notches above standard rentals, which makes the vacation experience even better.

While the property was as described and well-appointed, the reason I booked this property was the deck, oceanfront view, and beach. I wanted a couple of days of relaxing and listening to ocean waves. Though what we got were two full days of jack hammering right in the courtyard. All day Friday (way past normal working hours) and also on Saturday. I paid for wave sounds and instead got loud construction noise. You could not sit on the deck or by the beach in peace. I feel like I was mislead especially because the owners would have known seeing it was right on the property.

Great Property. Beautiful inside. Clean and tidy. Well stocked for multiple days. Kitchen is loaded. You won’t need to bring much. Bright walls and tasteful nautical decor are calming and will remind you you’re steps from the beach. The location is wonderful and close to many places a traveler will need. We would stay again. A brand new building and rooms with well-designed floor plans with a water view from every room will sure to please. Watching the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular!
