The condo is surrounded by tropical gardens and includes access to a shared swimming pool, poolside BBQ, free private parking, and 24/7 security. A backup generator ensures comfort during your stay.

No car needed – walk to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and Sosúa Beach in minutes.



Regular cleaning and laundry service available for an additional fee.



⚠️ Electricity is not included. A $50 deposit is due at check-in. Usage is calculated at check-out at $0.36/kWh based on meter readings.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the apartment, two separate entrances, the shared swimming pool, BBQ area, garden areas, and on-site free parking.
