Cape Cod Oceanfront Condo with Ocean View & Private Sandy Beach! [in Building A]

Nice condo , nice location just no where in the description is mentioned that the bedroom single beds is actually a bunk bed which makes a little bit uncomfortable for my 15 years old 6f son.

Beautiful view right on the ocean. Clean and very dog friendly. The owner was very easy to contact when I had questions. Cindi was clean and spacious. We will definitely be coming back again!

We had an amazing trip to Dennis Port for three nights. The host was great. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again if we visit the area again.

Great location and fantastic beach access

We loved relaxing in the adirondack chairs on the patio overlooking the beach. Everyone else staying in the condos was friendly and considerate.

Cape Cod girls trip 2025! Great little condo! Clean & the end unit! Ocean view from our deck & kitchen! Private beach was fantastic! Yiping Ding was great he checked in with us at arrival & departure, very nice man! We felt very safe in this area and no one touched our beach stuff which we left outside our door. The condo was very well equipped. I highly recommend this rental!

We had booked a larger property in the neighborhood for the week of the 4th of July but were looking to stay a few extra days.

This condo was perfect. The property had a lovely private beach with additional amenities like umbrellas available and sand chairs for the beach. It was clean and had plenty of parking. We loved going out in the morning and at night additionally to just relax and sit by the beach and sip coffee or read. Additionally- its location is kinda of in the middle of everything- 20 minutes to Chatham/Yarmouth etc. and plenty nearby to do. Go to Wolfies bakery- not to be missed!

Spent a week at this nice condo in mid-January. Cozy and warm, right on the beach. The Cape in mid-winter is very quiet but that is what we had wanted. Our 15 year old Shih-Tzu was comfortable and happy. Nice relaxing week on this terrific property.

Place was beautiful with amazing views. Very clean can’t wait to book again. Owner is wonderful and friendly.

The furniture needs upgrading. Mattresses uncomfortable and the chairs are very uncomfortable. But the location and views are priceless. Sitting on the deck, listening to the ocean, watching the sun glisten off the water, sipping coffee….replenishes your soul ♥️

Comfortable, clean and cozy condo on the ocean!! My husband and adult daughter age 23 stayed at this lovely & well appointed condo. All of us had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable as well. Great location with beautiful sunrises too!! Yiping was very attentive and communication was excellent! Thank you for a memorable visit to Cape Cod!!

Spacious and clean amenities with everything we needed included. Beautiful view of the ocean and very easy beach access with barely anyone on the beach.

The good: communication between owner, prompt replies & remedies, check in / out process was contactless & accommodating. Ample parking. Included beach chairs. Nice location (across a grassy yard, steps, to the beach). The water pressure, the AC cooled very well, the bathrooms and washer/dryer were great. Quiet location. Towels were great quality. The deck & 2 chairs were lovely to sit at. It was overall clean. The 'not great, but okay': Bedrooms were good size but the beds were hard as a rock (some people like very firm mattresses). The furniture was fine, but was all mismatched and reminded me of my poor college days. The kitchen was more of a kitchenette, no oven or ice maker, but had a couple burners, a microwave & fridge. It wasn't stocked well for cooking, no measuring cups or Tupperware, & all the dishes, etc were mismatched yard sale quality, and the sink didn't drain well. There were 2 closets with a few wire hangers, but no doors. The bad: the hotel style wall AC units were very dirty and smelled awful when turned on. Old area rugs need deep cleaned. Pillows were so poor/flat you needed to stack 4 to get one pretty bad pillow. The was no dresser in one bedroom, we had to make our beds and there were no blankets, only a smelly old comforter which needed to be washed before use. No room darkening blinds/shades, so expect 5 am sunshine. No toiletries, just previous guests' leftovers. This place could be amazing with some TLC & new furnishings!

The unit was just as described. The deck and view of the ocean and proximity to a private beach was perfect. There was a lot of places to eat that were very close. The owner was always available for a question. They even had beach chairs included.
