Beachfront Retreat Steps from Pool, Beach Walkover, and Beach Club

We had the most amazing vacation! Heavenly!

Property was perfect, steps from the beach. I agree with most other comments, the use of the elevator would be appreciated, especially on first and last day of trip. We loved the convenience and the decor was beautiful.

The views from the home are incredible and it is confidently well situated nearby all the local attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Excellent views, perfect location especially with beach access and Watercolor Beach Club access for the heated pool on the first few rainy days when we arrived. Our 4-year old grandson loved the trip! We look forward to staying at this property again in the near future. Thanks for all the attention during our stay!

Great beachfront 2 level condo on 30A right next to Watercolor resort amenities with amazing views right on the beach. We spent each day at the beach (definitely book your beach chairs online in advance), and we went to Fish Out of Water at Watercolor for lunch/brunch daily. Wrist bands are provided for access to Watercolor pools and onsite restaurants/bar. Access to the condo was super easy and provided in advance by 360 Blue communications. Condo was clean and spacious for family of 4. We had an issue with the living room TV remote, and the air conditioning on top floor bedroom wasn’t working properly, but 360 Blue was very responsive and addressed quickly (though thermostat was tricky to operate consistently ). Ample parking provided, including garage. We walked to most restaurants for dinner as Seaside is a short walk and didn’t feel like we needed a golf cart or car. The access to the beach is right next to condo, so you don’t have to worry about distance to carry beach stuff. Ocean was clear blue with soft white sand. We will be back!

Our stay was perfect from arrival to departure. The house is beautiful and clean. The location is excellent. The beach was literally steps away. We didn't even put on shoes. Made it so easy to hit the beach super early or take a late evening swim. The walk was a bit further to seaside but doable for us due to we like walking. We didn't use the bikes because there were only 3 and 4 of us. Access to watercolor was great. We did have to drive to camp watercolor which was no problem. The pools there were great. The ones at the resort by the house were very warm and super crowded but its August so that's expected. Great restaurants at the resort and great shopping in both seaside and watercolor. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend and return.

This property has stunning views and is so accessible to the beach, pool and the town square. It was spotless and well maintained. It was exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommend!

Perfect location! Easy walk to the beach and watercolor pool

Everything was absolutely perfect with the well cared for, well appointed, and comfortable VRBO property. Our stay could not have been any better. The check in process which is handled by 360 blue turned out to be another matter. I had not received the Checkin email with door code prior to arrival. I received no reminder email prompting me to sign a form that I inadvertently had forgotten to do before arrival. It took an extra hour to finally reach a human being by calling the emergency number at 360Blue. She was very polite and handled it promptly. The problem could have been handled very quickly if 360Blue had easily reachable, live customer service people for situations like this. Virtual management in a high end resort setting like this only goes so far.
