Pelican's Perch is a beautifully remodeled privately owned 2 story waterfront cabin in Eastport Cove!
In March of 2022 we purchased Pelican's Perch and have been completely remodeling it to offer a very modern/comfortable up to date getaway spot on Pickwick Lake. No expense has been sparred in this remodel, from granite counter tops, new cabinets, remodeled bathrooms, new lighting fixtures, to all new luxury vinyl flooring. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Our family of 5 enjoyed the weekend stay at this cabin. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the entire cabin was clean and well kept. Great view of the water, and the check in/check out process was easy.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelican’s Perch. The communication with the owners was excellent. Very quick responses. The property had every thing we needed. Decor was cute and nicely done. It’s well stocked. The bottled water and snacks were a nice welcoming touch. Having the boathouse was a dream for my husband. He could get up early, walk out and jump in his boat to fish without any trouble. He loved that! Having a place to store our wakeboards and tubes was nice! Safe and secure. We got a great workout with the stairs. Although they may pose a problem for guests with mobility issues, we didn’t have any problems and we are in our late 60s. We were there in the off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. There was only one other boat on the lake when we did a late afternoon sunset cruise with our family group. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Stayed Sep 29, 2022Even though we were not able to fish much due to windy conditions, we did enjoy our stay very much. This home had everything we needed for our stay except Ice. At my age I had a little problem with all the stairs, but all in all a good time. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
