Fool's Inn cabin is conveniently located right next door to Fishing Fool Charters in the heart of Ninilchik. This is a one room cabin with two sets of bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom). There is a privacy curtain separating one set of bunk beds from the rest of the cabin. The bathroom has a shower and all linens and towels are provided. There is a kitchenette with all the amenities. Stayed May 28, 2022Our 'cabin' was a full on house. It was immaculate and roomy. You could tell that the owners put a lot of love into the cabin. The kitchen included all your basic needs and they even had coffee for the coffee maker. Two bunk bed sets (twin on top, queen on the bottom) provide plenty of beds to sleep. Would definitely recommend and can guarantee we'll come back.

Stayed Jun 8, 2021This cabin was very clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family of five. A cow moose and twin calves fed just behind the property.

Stayed May 19, 2021Even though the unit was very clean, we were quite disappointed by the following: 1. No window darkening shades - the sun was out till 2 AM!!!! 2. Kitchen was so small & poorly designed, as to make it almost completely non functional 3. Archaic CRT TV with zero - none reception at all 4. No closets, dressers, end tables or anyplace to put any personal belongings 5. Bunkbeds were so close that we frequently banged our heads and even our hands. just rolling over. 6. We had to watch the NBA playoffs on our phone! I would not recommend this place at all

Stayed Aug 10, 2019The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only criticism I have is the beds were very firm and I wasn’t able to get comfortable enough to sleep nor was my husband.

Stayed May 26, 2017Our family enjoyed staying at the cabin for 2 nights. It was clean, comfortable and kid friendly. There were plenty of DVDs and games, the kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and the bathroom was stocked with towels and products. The area felt safe and was near town amenities. Overall, great place and highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I have stayed at the Fools Inn and fished with Jeff Glosser, Capt of Fishing Fool Charters for years. The cabin is always very clean and the location is perfect. He runs a very good charter and works very hard to make sure everyone brings back fish. His entire operation is extremely clean and of the highest quality. Your fish can be vacuumed packed and frozen and shipped to your final destination. He and his wife Gretta have really done a great job with Fishing Fool Charters and the Fools Inn.
