Fantastic, comfortable stay! Beautiful views and a large room with all of the amenities needed. If you prefer a cooler room, remember to close the shades to give the room a chance to cool down before bedtime.

We enjoyed this lovely accommodation just a stone's throw from Te Anau. It was quiet, peaceful and with amazing panoramic views of the mountains. We got to enjoy some beautiful sunsets and could see the New Year fireworks from the lawn. We had the use of a couple of mountain bikes, very handy for the nearby trails. Everything was just perfect. We wish we had stayed for longer. Thank you Polly.

Well located on outskirts of town. Semi-rural so peacful and quiet. Underfloor heating supurb.Hosts were unintrusive. Reaching up into the kitchen cupboards would be a challenge for short people, otherwise excellent.

This property is perfect! It has the most wonderful view, interior and host! Polly and Russell were so kind and gave me their seasick tablets for my boat trips as the pharmacy was closed. Luckily I didn’t need to use them.The interior had everything you need and was so comfortable and quiet. To wake up to their view of the mountains was breathtaking. Highly recommend! The environment is very quiet and so nice. The room is very nice and the breakfast is included, it is in the frigde. We loved our stay there. Russell is very kind. Thank you for hosting us!

My wife and I honeymooned in New Zealand and this was our favourite stay of the whole trip. The place is just very nice. It’s visually appealing, everything is good quality, it’s clean, spacious and the property you are on is absolutely stunning.We were greeted by Russell who was very pleasant and friendly. Really just treated us like we were friends. Very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Wish we could have been here for longer.

This lovely guesthouse is located close to town within a 10 minute drive to most restaurants. It is a short walk to the lakefront. The host was welcoming and stocked the kitchen with breakfast items such as toast, jam and yogurt. Please note that there is only one bed; I was expecting two based on the listing. This didn’t pose much of an issue for my friend and I, and the bed was very comfortable. The house itself was very clean, well-decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay!

The room, kitchenette and bathroom were clean and beautifully finished and equipped. The location is gorgeous and peaceful. Lovely views. And at night it is dark enough to see the Milky Way. Breakfast was self catered - the owner provided 3 cereals, milk, butter, a bag of sliced bread and preserves in a dish ( uncovered) in the refrigerator. There was almost no communication with the owner. There are no screens on the windows and doors, so we couldn’t leave the windows open because of mosquitoes, black flies , etc. I recommend this property.

Pollys accommondation was so beautiful! We had a good time there. Everything was perfect. It‘s a really clean Appartement with a great view! And the beds at the Appartement were very comfortable! Thanks for the hospitality!
