This was a great place to stay! Great location right off King Street. The place was very nice and had all the amenities needed. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boone!

Good spot and convenient to downtown.

We had a great time at Urban Oasis! It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for enjoying the Boone downtown. Walk to the best downtown shops and restaurants, and anywhere on the Appalachian State campus. The owner was super nice and very helpful. I’m sure we’ll be returning in the future.

This little apartment had everything we needed and was clean and nice! The bed was comfy and the heat worked great for us. It does have stairs coming up so anyone with mobility needs should be aware. But the apartment was a great location and perfect for us!

It was clean and very accessible to the downtown area, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The host was great with updates and needed information for the stay. Urban Oasis was a great find - only thing that it is close to town and the local Fire Department, so at times it was noisy. Other than that, it was close to Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock & Appalachian State University.

The host was great! He responded quickly to all my questions during the stay. The rental is updated with nice decor and is equipped with a very comfortable bed. For all the ladies out there the bathroom has a large countertop for your toiletries, accessories, and has ample space to get ready each day. The location is fantastic! Within walking distances of so many shops, restaurants and antique stores. I highly recommend this home away from home!

This studio is spacious and cozy. We loved the thoughtful decor and comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better, we did not have to move our car all weekend in that everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Location was great. Within walking distance of local shopping and good eateries. Spacious kitchen, comfortable bed. Love the decor. Finding the unit was a little challenging but owner gave excellent instructions.

Truly perfect for our stay! Located right at the edge of downtown, parking was great, and check in was easy. The place was just as described/pictured- spacious for two and extremely comfortable. Only thing to note is that sound travels quite a bit between this unit and the unit downstairs, but evenings were quiet and overall we weren’t bothered. Definitely recommend- we’d happily stay here again!

This is a nice studio apartment, well furnished and very clean. But it's real selling point is its location. Although sort of hiding behind a sign shop, it's right in the heart of Boone, within walking distance of many good restaurants and breweries. David is a good and friendly host and was quick to respond to my inquiries. My wife and I appreciated his tips on where to hike.

The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. Parking is off-street, but the alley back to the duplex is tight. A large SUV would be tough to maneuver and park, IMO. There are stairs only to the second floor, so keep that in mind when booking.

The rental was nicely decorated and very clean. Only thing to note is the parking can be a bit tight for a larger vehicle, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming for the 4th of July for many years and have always did a hotel. This was a great change! The host was very accessible and it was great to stay in a convenient location. No complaints at all!

Me and my wife love Boone and this was truly the Urban Oasis we had been looking for. The space was super clean and relaxing. You wouldn’t even know you were staying on the Main Street in town given how quiet it was. David is an incredible host. We can’t wait to come back and stay here, again.

Lovely place to stay in town. Only issue was parking is one single space and someone parked in my spot but host was very responsive and nice. Very comfortable bed, bath, lovely kitchen and furnishings and plenty of room for studio a apartment. Liked being able to walk downtown and on campus.

Wonderful studio apartment within walking distance of downtown Boone and App State Campus. Walked to Schaeffer Center 3 nights for Banff Film Festival.As indicated in instructions the driveway is very easy to miss the first time because it is a narrow drive between two buildings. We would stay again but we have family in Boone that we usually stay with.

Adorable and classy, these studio space was perfect for our trip to Boone and App State. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and campus. The space was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Great location and comfortable apartment in Boone. Amenities are available and the coffee is good. Having UHT half and Half was really appreciated. Downtown is steps away and Boone is lovely in any season.Trump’s tariff war will prevent a return visit but otherwise I’d recommend it.

This was a great place to stay in very convenient location in Boone right off King Street in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owner had great communication and responded quickly to any questions. I was only planning on staying two nights but got stuck here due to snow and was able to extend my stay another day with ease. Owner was very friendly and was a very clean and nice place to stay. I would come back again and definitely recommend!

This is a perfectly adequate place for a quick overnight in Boone, NC. Space was nice with all of the amenities you would expect. Very convenient to just about anything downtown. Walkable, which is great because Boone can be difficult to find parking. Comfortable bed, good shower

Loved this spot - hidden gem right behind shops on King St. Super clean and modern. The owners were easy to work with and everything was exactly (if not better) than the listing. We’ll be back!

The property is very clean, updated, comfortable, and the location is great. The property is tucked back behind a business away from the main street so it is quiet - thank goodness for very good directions from the host who is also very responsive to any questions. I recommend this property and will look for it again on our next visit to Boone.

We stayed here to go to a concert at the Appalachian Theater and it was perfect for a short visit. Outside wasn’t the most appealing but the apartment itself was adorable and nicely equipped. Loved the wood accents. We would stay here again for sure.
