The Space:
Step through your own front door into a wide entrance hallway that sets the tone for this coastal home. To the left, you’ll find a bright and airy living room - the perfect space to unwind, watch a film, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee.

Also on the left is the first double bedroom, while to the right, there’s a separate WC for added convenience.

As you move further along the hallway, you’ll pass generous built-in storage, ideal for longer stays. The hall then leads into a separate, stylish dining room - a sociable setting for meals, games, or working remotely.

Beyond the dining space is a modern kitchen, fully fitted with everything you need to cook up a storm, plus an adjoining utility area. From here, you can access the shared garden, where you’ll enjoy your own designated section - ideal for enjoying the sea breeze or a sunset glass of wine.

The second bedroom, located towards the rear, features a zip-and-link bed, meaning it can be configured as a king-size or twin - great for friends, colleagues or kids. The main bathroom is sleek and modern, featuring a walk-in shower only.
