This charming cottage boosts one of the best scenic views in Bath. Situated off Lansdown rd, North of the city centre its a 25 min down hill walk or a short bus ride to all of Bath's iconic cultural & historical attractions, restaurants & shops. The stunning rural location offers the best of both worlds, with tranquil walks accessible from your door step. After a busy day exploring, relax in the neighboring Hare & Hounds gastropub which shares the same incredible view from its huge beer garden.

The space
The Cottage is one of two identical stunning semi detached retreats, newly constructed from Littledown farm's outbuildings.

The beautifully presented interior is light and modern with natural stone flooring and stylish décor throughout. There is an open plan living space with dining area and a fully equipped, fitted kitchen. The comfortable bedroom has king size bed with Hypnos mattress and there is also a sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 additional guest. The modern shower room has a large walk in shower.

Every window looks out onto far reaching views and outside there is a large terrace and garden to also soak up the panoramic view and the tranquility of the surrounding countryside from.

This cottage is a true gem, the perfect base to relax in and from which to explore all that beautiful Bath and beyond has to offer.

Please note that if you wish to have more than 2 guests at the cottage then a charge of £15 per person per night will be added to your booking. Dogs are allowed by pre-approval only at £15 per dog so please let us know before your stay if you are wanting to bring a dog with you.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
