Modern unit 2 minute nature path to the lake

Great location, hadceverything we needed to have a lovely stay. Would book again.

Very convenient to get to the boat to Doubtful Sound. Quaint unit.

We chose this property because we knew we would need to do laundry part-way through our trip. The unit was clean and spacious and comfortable. The owner created a very useful binder of information on the surrounding area. We had a nice stay.

The property is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for Doubtful sound trips. Amenities include everything that one needs. Geraldine communicated quickly when I had questions. Our only negative comment is that the listing clearly states there are two bathrooms. That is incorrect; there is one bathroom.

Great place to stay by the lake, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were there to welcome us when we arrived which was nice. Great to have laundry after camping!

Great property in a cute small town. It is really close to the Doubtful Sound boat cruise launch and only 20ish minutes from Te Anau. Clean and well maintained apartment with good amenities.

This was a beautiful unit with everything we needed. Quiet, close to a cafe, great to access tours and sights, and Milford sound was amazing! I loved the decor, comfy bed, and I’d come back if we lived in this gorgeous country!

This accomodations was the perfect size for my family of three. Geraldine left some toys for us, which were great for our toddler. It's location was also great, just across the road from the lake!

Everything was terrific. The Park was stunningly beautiful.

The stay was lovely with a great location, close to the lakes edge with an inviting trail teasing you to go for a run.

Enjoyed 4 nights here. Geraldine has supplied the apartment with everything we needed and then some. The bed was super comfortable, the neighborhood very quiet, the location to the lake trail very convenient and the laundry right in the apt was so helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Geraldine and her husband and they were very hospitable. I highly recommend this place.

We needed nothing. Grateful for coffee and ice cube trays! There was not an ice tray to be found at the other 4 places we have stayed. Lovely soaps and shampoos and towels.Please update the WiFi password on the wall. It took us a long time to realize the password in the guest book was different. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely abode.

Lovely stay in this clean and very well appointed unit. Laundy is a bonus. Wonderful area close to Tea Anu . Church cafe 2 doors down was awesome. Owner was fantastic in reaponding to questions

The bach offers enough space for 3 persons. The kitchen ist fully equipped. Manapouri ist a great place to visit the Mountains and Milford Sound.

Very nice small place - ideal for a family of 4.Big bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.Washer and dryer was very useful.Fully equipped kitchen. About 10 minutes away from Te Anau- very convenient.Close to a nice lake.Overall very good place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Geraldine's place. The unit was very well laid out and comfortable with a large garden. Being able to do laundry was also a plus. The lake was beautiful and access was just across the road. Geraldine was a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend!

We had rarely such good equipped baches, even supplied with kitchenpaper etc. Spacy enough for a rainy day

We enjoyed walking down to the lake & relaxing. A great location to visit Milford Sound & Te Anua! The beds were comfy. We slept well! We were happy that the location was back from the main roadway. We didn’t hear the traffic.

Really enjoyed our time in Manapouri. The Church Pub was a great place to sit and soak up the sun while surrounded by mountains.
