Other Things to Note:
**Please note there is a renovation project happening in an apartment on the floor above ours from Feb 12 - April 30, 2024. There could be periods of noise disruptions during the day during this period. The works seems to start around 8-9am and finish by 6-7pm and there is a pause at lunch time (for about one hour between 12 noon and 2pm). There is no work on Sundays.
If you will be up early in the morning and out and about exploring during the days, this would not affect you. If you like to sleep in most days or need a quiet place during the day to work from home, the apartment may not be the best suited place for you.

We absolutely loved our time in Paris. This apartment was in such an amazing location, so very close to the Arc De Triomphe, metro stations, cafes and shops. We loved the ease of access to everything we wanted to experience in Paris. The apartment is nicely sized, plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. The bed was comfortable and our little one happily slept on the couch. We had a mix up with checkin dates (our fault) but the host was very accommodating to send their welcome person the next day on the right date. There is a little grocery store right behind the building which is very convenient and well stocked. My daughter keeps asking us when we’re going back to our “Paris apartment”.
MANAGEMENT: Cobblestone and its employees are very professional and responsive. Jennifer always answered questions promptly before we arrived in Paris, and Nadia, who met us at the apartment on arrival, was very helpful. Friendly, detailed and kind, Nadia was probably the best part of the experience. Thank you Nadia for your generosity and excellent communication skills. APARTMENT: The apartment itself was cute, but was not exactly what I expected. Cobblestone described it as “recently renovated” but I did not see any evidence of that. Also, the listing says air conditioning, but be aware that it is not integrated, but a portable unit that you can connect to a window in one of the rooms. Luckily, it was cool while we were there, and not necessary. The “Parisian” decor including beautiful chandeliers and wallpaper were great. The apartment is decorated with adorable details, and is the layout is pretty good. However, it is definitely in need of some TLC. There are some stains on the couch and chairs, rips in the wallpaper in a couple spots, and mildew on the shower curtain. These things should get immediate attention. Also, we found the bedroom mattress to be very hard and uncomfortable. The location of the apartment was very good. It is right down the street from the Arc de Triomphe and a major subway hub station. Be aware that It is on the third floor at a busy intersection so you will have significant traffic noise in the living room. Overall an OK stay.
We had a great stay with Cobblestone. They communicated well. You can easily hop in the Argentina stop and get to most of the major sites. Our toddlers enjoyed sleeping in a room with a tv and watching ratatouille! I docked one star because the fridge smelled off and we had to clean it ourselves.
Handy place to stay safety wise, Rooms are have an old world charm. greeter named Olivia was very welcoming and helpful. Place was clean and adequate with all ammenities, but wish there is english channel to choose from the selection. Had WiFi. Location is really strategic near by most historical landmark of the country. A Little touch of soundproofing will be greatly appreciated by the future guest. Highly recommend this accomodation for a place to stay.
We loved this apartment. It is in a great position and is so easy to get to all the Parisian attractions. The photos more than matched the reality - which isn't common! Lots of space and good facilities. Parisian style living with all the Mod Cons. Very professionally welcomed
There were many things we liked about our apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and safe. We utilized all of the space and amenities, refrigerator, washer/dryer, DVD player, WiFi, etc. It felt like our home away from home! The location was also great being nearby the open air market, traditional supermarkets, stores, shops, and cafe/restaurants. The Champs-Élysées was an easy walking distance, and the Metro was also close by. The property manager was very accessible and gave helpful advice on places to go and how to get around town like a Parisian and avoid the tourist traps - a plus for first time travelers to Paris! Whether you want to shop to your heart's content or experience the charm of Paris, we would definitely recommend and/or rent this property again.
Had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it was a great location and staff was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. We definitely will stay with cobblestone again and recommend the company to anyone we know visiting in the area!
The location and size of the apartment was great! As odd as it might sound the shower/bath was really nice as well. After a long day of walking around the city having a nice shower with hot water and good water pressure was really nice. The apartment was really quiet and in a great location. Their are great little markets and stores to stock up on water, food or whatever you need. The metro, Arc Du Triopmhe and Champ is literally a 5 min walk down the street.
Would not stay anywhere else.
Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, clean and well appointed and located in an attractive spot that was easy to launch from. The apartment was a perfect size for the wife and I and a pleasure to return to after a day of touring Paris. The entire process with Cobblestone was easy and very professional right down to Lauren our very pleasant greeter. Ask about the farmers market with the street vendors a couple blocks away if you plan to cook some meals like we do. We loved our stay in Paris and Cobblestone was a big part of it. I only wish they had apartments in other cities. I would strongly recommend Cobblestone and this particular unit that we rented, Le Triomphe Elysees; our Perfect Paris.
