Spacious Master Bedroom: Features two comfortable queen-size beds for a restful night.

Second Bedroom: Offers another cozy queen-size bed.

️ Comfortable Living Area: A welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, perfect for unwinding.

Fully Appointed Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals.

In-Unit Conveniences: Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities.



‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.

Game Room & BBQ Area – A fun space with a pool table and an outdoor grilling area, perfect for gatherings.

Business Center – A dedicated, work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity.

Parking – On-site parking is available for one vehicle at USD 20 per night. This service is non-refundable and only one space we can offer per reservation. If you require additional parking, please look for options nearby.

By Metro: You are just a 3-block walk to the Crystal City & Pentagon City Metro Stations (Blue & Yellow lines), offering a quick and direct ride to downtown D.C. and just one stop from Reagan National Airport (DCA).

Parks & Nature: Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, or watch the planes at the unique Gravelly Point park.

Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



Noise Policy: ⚠️ To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.



Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
