It is just minutes from downtown Cody and Shoshone River access. The main floor features two bedrooms - one with a king bed and 32 Roku Smart TV, and the other with a queen. The basement provides a separate large recreation room with a large sectional couch, a 43 Roku Smart TV, and a large third bedroom with 4 twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with new dishes and wares for your cooking needs. The dining table seats six, with additional casual dining nearby at the coffee table in the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back patio while enjoying the mountain views. The Shoshone Riverway Trail Access starts just outside the rear yard gate. Here, you can enjoy picnicking, fishing, hiking, biking, walking, rafting, paddle boarding, and birding. There is one onsite parking spot in the driveway, with several additional parking spots next door in the cul-de-sac (a single-bay garage can also be rented upon request for an additional fee).
