The bench in Alpine offers the perfect combination of peace, serenity, and direct access to miles of trails.brbrYou'll find plenty of room for toy trailers with three separate driveway entrances. The home is 2300 sq/ft with 2 rooms downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs. All but one of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The one that doesn't has direct access to the deck/hot tub (not a bad trade off). brbrUtilities and appliances are all electric with cove and baseboard radiant heat throughout. Like most mountain homes, ours does not have AC.
