ABOUT THIS PROPERTY

Outdoor Details: The wraparound deck is outfitted with Polywood Adirondack chairs and an oversized picnic table made for outdoor dining. This is where morning coffee turns into a two-hour conversation, where the propane BBQ gets fired up for local grass-fed steaks, and where everyone lingers well past sunset as the Snake River Range lights up. The mountains are the view - and no matter the season, they never disappoint.

Kitchen Details: Two ovens, a gas range, a dishwasher, ample counter space, and a full suite of cookware make this kitchen genuinely functional for a group of 11. The open layout connects directly to the dining and living areas, so whoever's cooking stays part of the conversation instead of disappearing into a separate room.

Inside Living & Conveniences: The living room anchors the main floor: a gas fireplace at the center, comfortable leather seating for the whole group, and a layout that invites everyone to settle in rather than scatter. Just off the living area, the game room is the spot guests keep coming back to. A foosball table is the centerpiece, welcoming some good, healthy competition. A pullout couch gives the room a second life as overflow sleeping space or a late-night hangout for teenagers while the adults relax by the fireplace. The laundry room is on the main floor. Smart TVs are installed throughout the home. High-speed WiFi is included.

Bedroom/Bath Details: The primary suite on the main floor is a King bedroom with its own private en suite bathroom - one couple or pair of guests has a fully private retreat without climbing stairs. Upstairs, a second King bedroom with a private ¾ bath makes Alpine Airspace genuinely work for multi-family trips; now, two couples are provided with suite-style privacy. Across the landing: a Queen bedroom as well as a bunk room with a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-double bunk - comfortable for up to five kids or kids-at-heart. Those two rooms share a full bathroom that is just steps away.


LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY

Alpine sits at the convergence of the Snake River, the Palisades Reservoir, and some of the most accessible backcountry in western Wyoming - close enough to Jackson Hole for a world-class ski day, shopping, or a fine dinner, far enough away from the tourism.

Palisades Reservoir (~2 min): One of the region's best kept secrets for boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing - with a fraction of the crowds that hit Jackson Lake.

Whitewater & Scenic River Trips (~5 min): Dave Hansen Whitewater runs both thrilling whitewater trips and relaxed scenic float trips on the Snake River — their outfitter office is conveniently located right behind the Alpine Broulim's grocery store. One of the easiest adventure add-ons of the trip.

Snake River fishing (~10 min): Prime fly-fishing water for cutthroat and rainbow trout, with local guides available and access points minutes from the house.

Periodic/Intermittent Spring (~20 min): Afton's Periodic Spring - one of the world's few, and largest, intermittent cold-water springs is a short hike worth adding to the itinerary.

Horseback Riding (~15–30 min): Several outfitters in the Star Valley and Snake River corridor offer guided trail rides through spectacular mountain scenery - a great family-friendly activity that works for all ages and experience levels.

Greys River / Salt River Range (~20–30 min): Miles of ATV trails in summer and some of Wyoming's best snowmobiling terrain in winter. Trailers are easily accommodated on the Alpine Airspace gravel driveway.

Jackson Hole (~45 min up a scenic highway): Art galleries, a fun variety of restaurants, the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, the photo worthy elk antler arches, and the elk refuge.

Jackson Hole Mountain Ski Resort (~50 min): 4,139 feet of vertical and 2,500+ acres of terrain.

Grand Targhee Resort (~1 hr 15 min): The family-friendly alternative - legendary powder, shorter lift lines, and a relaxed mountain vibe that makes it a favorite for groups skiing with kids.

Grand Teton National Park (~55 min): Jenny Lake, Snake River overlooks, and wildlife around every bend.

Yellowstone National Park (~95 min): Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic, Lamar Valley - totally worth the early start for a full day!

Groups & Friend Reunions — Seven beds + a pullout couch, a game room, a wraparound deck, and a kitchen that can actually handle a large group meal. Alpine Airspace gives a large group the space to gather - and Wyoming gives them something to talk about for years.

Outdoor Enthusiasts — Anglers, snowmobilers, skiers, hikers, and rafters all find what they came for within a short drive. There's room for gear and trailers on the gravel driveway, a full kitchen, laundry facilities for dirty outdoor clothing, space to spread out after a day of adventure, and mountain views out every window!

Private Pilots — Alpine Airspace sits adjacent to Alpine Airpark (46U), a paved airstrip with the tarmac just a short walk from the house. Fly in, walk over, and spend the trip fishing the Snake River, exploring the Tetons, or simply doing nothing. Fly-in accommodations this close to world-class Wyoming scenery are genuinely hard to find but you’ve found it!


GUEST ACCESS

The home is accessed via keypad - no key to track down or lose. Your unique entry code will be sent the evening before arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests have access to the full property: the house, the wraparound deck, and outdoor areas across 2+ private acres. Property managers are available should anything come up during your stay.


PARKING

Free parking for up to four vehicles on the gravel driveway. Trailers are welcome — snowmobile rigs, boat trailers, and ATV haulers all fit comfortably. If you're arriving with gear in tow, this is the right place. No garage space available.


HOUSE RULES

Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. NO pets. No smoking or drug use anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. No events or parties. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM - Alpine Airspace is located in a peaceful neighborhood. Must be 24+ to book. Check-in 4PM & Check-out 10AM.

Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours. Your reservation isn't confirmed until returned. Damage protection via rental guardian included (no additional fee).
