Vehicles may be towed if they are not adhering to these rules. Parking passes must be clearly visible inside the vehicle to avoid towing. br● Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS permitted on the property for all guests. br● Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and mindful of other guests staying overnight. br● Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.br● Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.br● Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.br● Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
