Two Bedroom Condo @ Spring Brook Resort

Friendly place fun for the whole family..... like the yard space

Spring Brook has so much to offer with indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant, grilling ability and golf! It was very nice being outside of the hustle and bustle of the Dells. Condo was nice. Lightning was a bit dark making it hard to play games at the table. Also the king bed really needs to be replaced with deep groves from people sleeping. We sure enjoyed the outdoor pool and the pool side food and bar. Great for couples or families.

Very clean, ample room for all of us. 4 adults and 3 teens. Staff very helpful when we needed more blankets and pillows ! Overall great experience!!!

We were very happy with our stay. We really only have two small pieces of feedback. The fitted sheets were too small for the beds. The fitted sheets came off every night on every bed. Also, the restroom in the outdoor pool area needs to have some sort of slip resistant mats added. My little ones slipped and fell several times during our stay. Other than that, everything was great!

This condo is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is stocked perfectly with everything you will need. It also is very spacious. We had room to spread out. The indoor & out door pools were great. They also were not overly crowded. That was a huge plus. This was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be back next year.

The property is a great setup and seemed to be perfect for our weekend get-away with another couple. Unfortunately, we were awoken from 1am-3am from the upstairs tenants shouting (sounded like a domestic dispute). We informed the property the next day as we feared for our safety by making a complaint in the middle of the night. The tenants were informed of the noise complaint the previous night. My husband and I did not stay the second night. My recommendation is that there is a noise penalty violation fee of $500. I am staying at a different VRBO in August and this is spelled out and a contract must be signed in advance. I am happy to share this contractual language so this noise disturbance impacts those that are violators rather than those who are trying to enjoy a weekend getaway. The only negative complaint I read on the reviews was that the walls are thin and it can be noisy but I did not expect this type of noise. Overall, the place would have been great if you excluded the upstairs disturbance.

The process and stay was great!

We stayed at this property for two days in August 2019. It was very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Great family golf course, nice greens, generous fairways. Good food and great service at the clubhouse/bar and restaurant.
