Situated in a quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from the lake, it makes for enjoyable walks to the beach, lake trail, and local restaurants. The unit features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 1 king size, 2 queen size, and 1 twin bed and 1 pull out trundle day bed (can be converted to 2 twin beds or a full bed). There is a fully stocked kitchen, kitchen table, washer and dryer, and a comfortable family room with a Smart TV, WiFi, and games. The unit has all new furnishings. The large deck features a propane grill, patio table, and lounge area under the pergola; perfect enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while listening to the sounds of nature. The large backyard is perfect for games and features an in-ground, beautifully designed fire pit where you can enjoy S`mores and stargazing. brbrQuiet hours are observed after 10pm. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed. The secondary bedroom features one twin bed and one twin trundle day bed. The whole house has central air, but on especially hot days the secondary bedroom can still be warm, so we placed a very quiet window unit to help cool the room down. Lions Park is 2 blocks north with a playground, tennis, basketball, baseball, ice skating, sledding, and snowshoe and cross country ski rentals in the winter. You are surrounded by restaurants, bars, stores, coffee and ice cream shops. Gracie's Kitchen is across the street. You can also enjoy a multitude of activities just minutes away in Lake Geneva, Fontana and Delavan. brbrThe home sleeps 10-12 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can accommodate up to 12 when using the 2 twin sleeper futons in the sunroom on the 1st Floor. Just about everything is new except for the original hardwood floors. brbrNo weddings or parties. Or as the sun disappears, enjoy the firepit and Adirondack chairs with your family and friends. brThe living room has a 70” TV and plenty of seating to get comfortable. The coffee table converts into a desk for those working or studying remotely. There are also nesting end tables that can be used for a computer or drinks. The first floor sun room is surrounded by windows and has 2 full futon couches if more sleeping or office space is needed. The first floor bathroom includes a tub for cleaning off the sandy little ones. brbrUpstairs you will find Master Bedroom 1 with a king bed and desk. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and another desk. Bedroom 3 has 3 twin bunk beds (total of 6 beds). The twin mattresses can be transferred to the other bedrooms if needed for children, and there is also a pack n play. The 2nd Floor Bathroom can be accessed through the hallway and has a walk-in shower. brbrThe entire family can easily work or study remotely from the Bayside Beauty with lightning fast WiFi with 200+ Mbps. The house has all new furnishings including beds, mattresses, linens, couches, appliances, tables, and a 70” TV. 2 washers and dryers are in the basement.brbr3 cars can be parked on the driveway and overnight parking is available on the street for both cars and boats.
