The house is quite sound proof.brThe ground floor's main bedroom has a queen , the second bedroom has a queen and single bed and the third bedroom has a double bed with ensuite, shower and WC . brbrThe main bathroom has a shower, claw foot bath,WC and laundry with washing machine. brbrThe large courtyard has 2 grapevines and looks out to the canopy of our flame tree and beyond with views toward Perth city. brIn summer it's great as we get the seabreeze every afternoon. brWe are a 5 min walk from Scarborough Beach which is a white sand beach with pristine waters, great for swimming, learning to surf and magnificent sunsets. br brClose to AmenitiesbrbrThe coastline offers cafes, fish and chips, BBQ facilities and coastal walks north to Trigg Beach or south to City Beach.
