The beautiful sheltered deck and BBQ area overlook a pretty garden, manicured lawns and a winter fire pit. What an amazing place to relax and soak up the holiday vibes!brbrQuindalup’s white sandy beach is less than a five-minute walk away meaning it’s super convenient to go fishing, paddling, swimming and boating. Or simply lazing or beachcombing. The choice is yours. You can also go cycling or walking along the beachfront pathway that takes you all the way to Dunsborough’s town centre. Quindalup Boat Ramp is less than 500m away and the Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club is also just up the road.brbrThis house also boasts two separate living areas, including a large rumpus room at one end of the house which is great for the kids (complete with movie projector). The second more centralised open-plan lounge and dining area is super stylish and includes a cosy wood fire (one bag of wood supplied in winter only) and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. Bliss!brbrThe home has a long, straight layout. The kitchen/living and main lounge room are in the middle, and the bedrooms, bathrooms and games room are split across two wings of the home, either side of the central living area. The dog is not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture or onto beds or bedding. You may be charged with excessive upholstery cleaning if we find excess dog hairs on furniture or bed linen. Your dog must not be left unattended to bark or disturb the neighbours in any way or you may face immediate eviction as this is a very important house rule.
