The home itself is well appointed with three bedrooms, two bathroom and powder room. A designer kitchen with side by side Fridge/Freezer & dishwasher, makes it perfect for entertaining; relax in the large downstairs living area, or in the upstairs loft area to watch a movie or just sit on the upstairs balcony and enjoy the views.

All the bedrooms are designed to make it easy to unwind, and replenish those batteries after exciting days exploring the region.

The home easily caters for all seasons, during summer there is ducted evaporate cooling or the living areas and bedrooms. Then in winter there is ceiling heating in the living areas & bedrooms with under floor heating in the bathrooms.

The house is truly a perfect mix of location, location, location. The front garden has been landscaped to blend with the surrounding and also provide lush green grass for the kids to play on.

    This property is so comfortable. Loads of space to relax with the family both inside and out. The beds were so comfortable! Two huge tv’s, one with Netflix and a WII for the kids upstairs which kept them entertained. Books and magazines available and the underground heating kept the house at such a nice constant temperature, no need for a fire. The basic kitchen utensils are there but no whisk for pancakes. We were a bit put out that there was no cooking oil for our first evening meal and we hadn’t brought any. The property manager were a bit mean with the toilet roll and remiss at filling the hand sop dispenser. We’d definitely come back as this property is outstanding, but the property management could do with lifting their game a bit on some of the basics. It was very clean.

    Had the best family holiday here, amazing location and just 5mins drive to wineries, Dunsborough etc.. Loved it, look forward to returning.
