You enter the front door into the family room with a cathedral ceiling, skylight and beautiful native stone, wood-burning fireplace with raised hearth. brbrbrbrThe main level has a dining table that seats 8, plus a large eat-in kitchen with additional seating for 6. Or you can enjoy eating outdoors at the picnic table that seats 12-14. A gas grill is provided for your use. The kitchen is equipped well enough to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 16 - because that`s what the owners do! If you want to prepare many of your meals here, you won`t have to worry about having what you need.brbrbrbrThe family room has a queen sleep sofa and matching love seat and TV/DVD. The main level also has the master bedroom with TV and a full bath. Two bedroom furnished, sleeps five w/ fold out bed, full kitchen and bath with tub/shower, washer/dryer, and 2 porches. New bedding as of June 2026 with freshly painted interior. 2nd story and steps are required, 1025 sq. ft. apartment with south facing windows and forested mountainside views. Indoor garage parking. Spring water, warm forced air gas heat and portable air conditioner for the few hot midsummer heat spells. Ceiling fans, large screened windows, and insulated shades help keep the house cool and comfy. The house is very well insulated for year around comfort. We are at the end of a quiet rural road leading to the National Forest and very private although adjacent to the Chase home. Seasonal access to the WG sauna. Secluded 8 acre reserve with water falls, small native trout stream, and shelter within an old growth forest. Streamside trails throughout the property as well as over 100 kilometers hiking trails locally. Endless recreational opportunities in this outdoor paradise. Two night minimum. Pets allowed for $40 cleaning fee. We have an older small dog and a cute homebody cat. They normally don't wander far and are quiet and friendly. Walking distance to an Appalachian bubbling sand spring.

Located on over 4 acres at the end of the community it abuts thousands of acres of Fish and Wildlife land. Great gathering place with an open floor plan and new 6+ person new hot tub. Centrally located to skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting and everything Canaan Valley offer. New mattresses, upgraded linens and high speed wifi. Super peaceful and quiet!brbrCharlotte's Web offers 3 BR and 3 full baths plus a loft area. The master bedroom also has a futon and plenty of room for a pack and play. The loft area is a great place for the kids to hang out and includes a futon, games and full bath. The bedding in the house is 1K in MBR, 1Q, 1 F and 2 futons. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook including new cookware, new air fryer and cooking utensils. This house is incredibly remote at the end of a dead end street at the back of the community. Bring the kids, bikes and dog - there is little to no traffic and you will likely not even see a car. The skies at night are AMAZING! We recommend turning off all lights in the house and just star gaze from the new hot tub. You will see so may shooting stars! This is a special place to just escape to. It is our little of corner of the world and truly is almost heaven.
