It is perfectly located in a quiet court, a 3-minute walk to the tennis courts and back beach and 7-minute walk to the front beach and shops.brbrThe beauty of this house is that it offers space and comfort with different living zones, making it great for sharing with another family, a group of friends or simply having the kids at one end and the adults at the other.brbrThe configuration of Victor street is as follows; it has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at the front of the house with an adjacent lounge. The kitchen, dining and family rooms run the length of the house with double doors out to the garden and outdoor entertaining. A further 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry are housed at the rear of the house.
