Stayed Dec 1, 2022We arrived to find leaves all over the outdoor area, out door furniture covered in bird poo and needed to walk through a maze of cobwebs from carport to front door. The property looked beautiful from the pictures however it is unloved and uncared for. The cleaners have lacked going into detail, water left in a vase, stunk, property smelt old and musty from the time of entry. A bread basket in the cupboard had mould on it and left a stain on the shelf. Expired capers from 2021 in the fridge, water bottles in the fridge with rubber lids mouldy. Fly screens not attached properly to windows, cobwebs in every room including covering washing line. Beds comfortable and in nice quiet area, however there was no mention of very steep drive wave which we could not walk up due to back issues and one the guests having a broken arm.

Stayed Oct 25, 2022Seemed over-priced for basic amenities in suburban location. Cleanlinesses mediocre. Very dark and musty and not welcoming on arrival. Cleaning (&bins) expectations on departure unreasonable given nightly rate.

Stayed Apr 8, 2022Accommodation provided everything we needed for a pleasant family weekend with our visiting family members. Driveway is negotiable but a little challenging because of its steepness at the Williams Road end. Price was right. Thank you Owner, agent and stayz
