Experience comfort like no other while you relax in this spacious modern home, enjoying all of its quality furnishings & amenities, such as ducted reserve cycle heating & cooling and a Basketball/Pickleball Court!brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrTake in the view of the black render and thin timber panelling when approaching the brand-new home, hop down the concrete path next to the steel anchor, and enter into the light-filled hallway, showcasing a grand timber stairway. brbrDirectly to the right-hand side of the entry is the fifth bedroom, which looks onto the front yard. The bedroom comprises a king bed, bedside tables with lamps, a built-in robe, and its ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity.
