$110 per hour for unauthorized late departure

BBQ cleaned after use (or $100 fee applies)

Remove any excess rubbish (fees apply if left behind)
️ Return furniture to original position
Leave the property clean and tidy

Additional cleaning fees may apply if requirements are not met

$400 penalty for smoking

No illicit drugs permitted
No intoxicated or disruptive guests allowed

POOL GUIDELINES
Pool use permitted until 10:00 PM
No noise in the pool after this time (respect neighbors)

Please shower before entering the pool

️ Pool heated to 25°C by default
Optional heating up to 30°C available:
• Must be requested 72 hours prior to arrival
• $50 per night

️ ACCESS & LIABILITY
You must allow access for repairs or maintenance when required

Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
