He usually stays in his cage or sits quietly in his designated spot in the living room during the afternoon, singing softly.brbr5) The apartment has a strict no-party policy and accepts bookings for guests aged 18 and above only. brbr6) The bedroom doors locks from the inside but not from the outside, maintaining safety while ensuring peace of mind. Please refer to the photos for a clearer idea of the layout.brbr7) The shared living area features an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, kettle, teapot, cookware, plates, cutlery, and a coffee maker. brbr8) The living area also has an air-conditioning uni, but not in bedrooms. Additionally, a small fan and a heater are provided inside the room should you prefer to keep the bedroom door closed for extra comfort. brbr9) Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.brbr10) The apartment features a balcony-sized approximately 2.0m × 3.8m, where smoking is permitted. brbr11) Our home is a shoes-off household; please remove shoes at the entrance.brbr12) Please keep the place tidy and clean up after yourself.brbr13) Light breakfast items—including milk, bread, jam are available.
