Trams are only 20 metres away on Collins St or around the corner on Swanston St or down De Graves St on Flinders Lane. You can take a very short walk to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further. Trams are free in the CBD!brbrbrFrom the ownerbrWe knew we had to buy this apartment when we saw it, and have never regretted calling it ours. The location was perfect for us with the Elizabeth and Flinders Street trams mere meters away along with Flinders Street Station. We love the history of the building and the many hats it wore, (e.g. a paper factory circa 1905 and rag trade offices in the 80s). At over 150 sqm it is a CBD rarity due to the spaciousness and high ceilings. It is also a 12 floor apartment, therefore is private and quiet. The distinct true warehouse features give the place so much character along with the solid timber hardwood floors, exposed red brick and the original solid timber columns.
