Its true warehouse features are characterised by its original exposed red brick walls, lofty ceilings, exposed structural beams and polished original timber floors.br brThe apartment welcomes you with a large, tiled entrance foyer before blending into a spacious open plan living zone. Trams are free in the CBD!brbrbrFrom the ownerbrWe knew we had to buy this apartment when we saw it, and have never regretted calling it ours. The location was perfect for us with the Elizabeth and Flinders Street trams mere meters away along with Flinders Street Station. We love the history of the building and the many hats it wore, (e.g. a paper factory circa 1905 and rag trade offices in the 80s). At over 150 sqm it is a CBD rarity due to the spaciousness and high ceilings. It is also a 12 floor apartment, therefore is private and quiet. The distinct true warehouse features give the place so much character along with the solid timber hardwood floors, exposed red brick and the original solid timber columns.
