The Lakes Beach House is in a great location, only a short 8 minute walk on flat ground to the footbridge(no hiking up hills to get to this house). It is also close enough to the main street to not need the car but far enough from the action to be able to relax and get a good night sleep. The large undercover deck features a Weber BBQ and an outdoor sink which is great for entertaining and with a north facing backyard its a perfect space for the kids to play safely. brbrThe living and kitchen areas are protected with double glazed windows. All appliances are brand new and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and another fridge and freezer in the garage. You can paddle board, kayak or launch your boat from across the road or at one of the other boat ramps along Marine Parade. You can set up a picnic on the grass or on the lakeside beach literally a stone’s throw from your front door and settle in to experience all that Lakes Entrance has to offer. brbrThere’s a walking / running / cycling path across the road that meanders its way right around the town, up Jemmy’s Point and back along the lake if you’re keen. There are hire boats located all along Marine Parade and there’s waterskiing, fishing, relaxing and lovely views right at your doorstep.brbrBullock Island is at the western end of the street and you can set yourself up there for an early morning coffee and watch the dolphins play in the channel or witness the most spectacular sunsets and see the sun melt into the lake as the waters of Bass Strait and the Gippsland Lakes system meander their way through the entrance.brbrThe Wheelhouse is situated in an idyllic location where you’ll be able to leave your car and walk to just about every attraction in town.brbrGetting around is easy - The Wheelhouse is central, so many places and shops are an easy walk.
