A central hallway leads to Bedroom 1, which features a TV and an ensuite (with shower & toilet), the Laundry (with washing machine) that provides access to the side deck, a Bathroom (with bath & shower), Bedroom 2 (with BIR) and Bedroom 3.brbrThere is a separate Bungalow in the back yard which has a huge Lounge/Games Room (with TV, pool table, couches and dart board), as well as Bedroom 4 which has a kitchenette and an ensuite (with shower & toilet).brbr Outdoor Areas brbrThe covered side Deck (with gas BBQ and seating for 8) leads through to the enclosed back yard which is perfect for children & pets and features a 6-seater electric cedar wood spa, and an outdoor shower (hot & cold water). The long concrete driveway runs down the side of the home and provides plenty of space to park up to 3-4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) and a gate at the front of the home provides another enclosed space for children and/or pets. brbr Kitchen brbrThe fully appointed kitchen is equipped with drip filter style coffee machine (using ground coffee) cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and electric induction cook top.brbr Heating/Cooling Systems brbrThere are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners; one in the Living/Dining room and the other in Bedroom 4, ceiling fans in the Living/Dining Room, Lounge/Games Room, as well as Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4, a Coonara wood heater (some wood provided to get you started) in the Living/Dining Room, plus some additional stand-alone heaters and one fan which can be used where required.br br Bedding Configuration brbrThis home has 7 beds, accommodating up to 10 guests: brbrBedroom 1: One King bedbrBedroom 2: One Queen bedbrBedroom 3: One Single-bunkbrBedroom 4: Bungalow: One Tri-bunk and One Single Trundle bed brbrPlease note: A Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.brbr Linen brbrIt is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for.
