Great for families and large groups. Walk to town. Big house with heaps of room.

Trent was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The location was great. Amazing views and close to everything. A lovely house to stay in with everything we needed available.

Really good value and great for 2-3 families. Short drive to beach and all amenities. House was clean and spacious.

What a beautiful stay! Our kids who are 8 and 7 were entertained the whole time we were there, either happily playing in the backyard or taking advantage of the variety of toys available. The house was so spacious and in a very good location within walking distance to the shops. The only thing that could have been better was if the stove top had markings on it so you knew which way was high or low and kids were very disappointed that the jets in the spa bath didnt work. But for the 3 night we were there it was the perfect little holiday we have had. Will definitely try and rebook this property next time we visit.

Very large to cater for large families

Great location could do with some maintenance re entertainment provisions for eg pool table equipment in poor condition with balls missing and some balls badly damaged. Several of the games in the games cupboard were in poor condition missing pieces ect. Some instructions for tv entertainment system downstairs would have been appreciated as could not operate. Found some dirty frying pans in cupboard which left a bad odour in kitchen I washed pans thoroughly in the dishwasher and cleaned cupboard to remove odour.The house was spacious with a great view but the above issues let it down a little.

The property is in the older, more established, quiet part of Lakes Entrance, away from the main drag.Its close enough to town to walk to, but not close enough to drop down and pick-up takeaway for dinner.House is huge and really good for extended family or multiple couple groups. It even has a home cinema and pool table.The house is probably a bit tired from a long period of short term visitors but there are heaps of books, games, DVDs, and toys to keep kids amused.

Lovely spaceous home ideal for families. Great location in quiet court. Plenty off street parking for cars and boat.Reasonably clean and easy to keep clean. Fans in each rooms do need upgrading and a new vaccum would be handy

We stayed the Lake house for our family xmas. The house was large enough for our family to enjoy quality time together. The view from the sunroom and kichen window of the North Arm was spectacular. At night we could see the colourful lights of the carnival along the Esplanade and the large Ferris wheel. Thanks Trent for a pleasant stay.

The house was perfect for us plenty of room good parking and set up for large families we enjoyed our stay this is the second time we stayed at the house and both times the house was clean and tidy
