Wow what a lovely property. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. The lounge and beds were very comfortable and so were the dining chairs, which was important to us as my husband has a bad back. The location was excellent everything within walking distance. Have never been in a home that had everything you needed in the kitchen. Has a lovely tv and surround sound. It felt so homely. Tim the host was extremely easy to communicate with. If there was any questions he would respond quickly. Can't fault our stay. Will definitely come back again. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. Thank you Tim for the lovely experience. Katrina

We were very impressed with our stay. Lakes Beach House is very spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with everything anyone could possibly need, even a spice cupboard for the cooks. Beds are very comfortable with doonas and plenty of extra blankets if needed. It is also very cosy ,facing north ,capturing the morning sun, and really quiet, away from the busy highway, and a short walk to a supermarket, or to a walking track around the lake, and into town. We had our small dog with us, and were very pleased to have secure yard for her, and a sun filled back verandah for her too. The garage is secure, with key pad entry, and Tim is a great communicator, providing all necessary entry codes, and any other information you might need. We were fortunate to be able to buy prawns from a trawler, and to shop at the fishermans co-op on Bullock Island. Lakes beach House is truly a home away from home, we loved our time there, and hope to return soon, and can certainly highly recommend this for you.

Communication with owner was fantastic, the house was clean and very well equipped. Easy access and parking for our boat and multiple cars! Highly recommend this property.

Spacious and comfortable property for families looking for a relaxing break. The location of the beach house was also excellent. Tim was wonderful to deal with right from the time we first made contact through until the time we departed.

Property was large, clean and had everything it said it had plus more. Perfect fit for our families. We loved the property. Felt homely. Had a great time hanging out together. Communication beforehand was excellent and even messaged to say we could check in anytime the day of checkin. Our only negative was getting a phone call from the landlord the Monday night asking us not to put anything in the bin so it doesn’t smell. We were booked to stay until Wednesday and we put bins out for collection the Monday. We all just thought it was weird to get that phone call. We still had two days of rubbish. There is not a lot to do at Lakes Entrance unless you like fishing or the weather is nice for beach or boating. We went to a couple of restaurants and the food was terrible and the fish and chip shop food was disgusting. Overall though we had an amazing family holiday and if the property was in another location we would definitely book again. We were really impressed with the property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week here in mid winter – spacious, comfortable and very clean house with everything you could need for self-catering and home entertainment. Walking distance from the foreshore. A great place to relax and unwind!

We were very happy with this property. Great location with a easy walk into town, clean modern accommodation with plenty of space and everything provided. Tim was easy to contact and very understanding when it appeared we may have a problem early in our stay. Very much appreciated.
