In the evening, stroll into town and enjoy one of the many restaurants.brHomefield Cottage is a small detached dwelling on a large private block with the main house adjacent. Expansive gardens surround the property. The cottage contains a separate bedroom with ensuite and a generous living area and kitchen. The woodfire heats the space nicely with wood supplied from the shed viewable from the back door. Instructions on how to use the woodfire are provided. Wall mounted air-conditioners are in the living area and bedroom to cool in the summer months.brThe main house is largely unoccupied but the property owners may be in residence occasionally.
